San Marino "One Day Only " Moving Estate Sale.. Stager and Landscaper Extravaganza!

This sale here in San Marino Is a "One Day Only Sale" with a lot of items that would be great for stagers, second home and for your gardener or landscaper. A lot being sold so come and take advantage of great things indoors and out ..all priced to go ..
This sweet sales was planned later this year but unfortunately our client passed away more recent but wanted us to make sure we went forward with his wishes. He loved his home and was trying to update it and wanted to make sure everyone loved his plants.
As we take you through the home to give you ideas of what all he treasurered .
As we enter the living room his his hall tree that was left to the family , a stain glass cabinet , several decortive chairs with a sofa. Glass top side table with a collection of lamps and decor art.
As you enter the family room there is a three piece sofa set, larger coffee table, matching side table , bakers rack where the TV used to be, several cabinet, computer desk, campaign style desk, several pieces of Americana, a couple nice boats, decor art, blue and white china, glassware, dishes, a few books and misc assessories.
Dinning room has a oak table w/6 chairs 2 fills and a oak china. The kitchen has a smaller pine table with 6 chairs and decor art through out both rooms. A long with misc household items. There is a newer LG washer and dryer (do not match) very nice and clean.
There is a couple bedroom sets one queen size mahohany set , sleigh bed, dresser/mirror, end table , small table , decor chair and a few lamps . The other bedroom has a arts and crafts style queen size bed, dresser/mirror, end tables, bookcases, small roll top desk w/chair, decor chair.
We have quote a few mens and womans clothing of all kinds, purses and shoes.
Upstairs there is a larger size pine Queen size bed, dresser/mirror, night stands, high boy armorie,smaller chest, several misc dressers, in the office space is file cabinet , type writter , stereo and much more.
In the yard there is a larger BBQ needs a little TLC, some older garden machinery ,cement statuary ,
some misc holiday decor, and a tons of plants of all kinds .
